Ola (or Bonjour) Maths Friends!

Welcome to the Autumn Term at Harmans Water Primary School!

As you know, it is I - Maths Kitten here! I have enjoyed a nice relaxing summer away from school - catching mice, eating fish and playing with the other cats and kittens around the neighbourhood. Now I'm back at school I can't wait to learn. This term's whole school maths target is to improve Times Table Knowledge. That means I need to learn the times tables I don't know, and speed up my memeory when I'm trying to remember those I do know! Me-ow! Thats a tough target this term! Make sure you head on over to my times tables tests to check which tables you already know, and which ones you'll need to practice. Ask your class teacher, or leave a message on the maths Guestbook if you're not sure which ones to get to grips with first. Also keep an eye out for me around the school - as I'll be putting up posters to help you learn the more tricky ones! See you later - M.K.

Every pupil in the school will be showing off their times tables skills in their maths assessment books this term, so make sure you are ready to show off your crazy skills by keeping an eye out around the school for Tabasco the lizard and having a go at his multiplication challenges!
