Maths Cash is 6W's New Role Play Activity!
'The Bank of Maths Cash' is managed by 6W using their knowledge of money, probability, averages, calculations, percentages, data handling and formal writing. The employees of the bank collect, analyse and present data about the amount of Maths Cash earnt by pupils in 6W during the term.
Pupils can earn Maths Cash throughout the school term by:
- Completing homework activities (£5)
- Learning new times tables (£10)
- Recieving Smileys or Team Points for maths work (£2)
- Visits to their Personal Maths Page (£0.10 per visit by pupils or their friends)
- Showing that they have worked towards their maths targets (variable)
- Earning a salary for working at the bank (variable)
Pupils can spend Maths Cash on changes and additions to their Personal Maths Pages, including new images, backgrounds, borders, info and activities!
Maths Cash balances will be updated at least once a week!
